Hi,

This morning I walked the dogs first thing. Its supposed to get up to 90 today and I knew I'd better get them walked before it got hot.

I came back and did Cardio Camp. This is such a fun workout.

I programed my new Polar and used the chart in the back of my booklet for my target zones. It doesn't seem right to me, but maybe it is. This is the same kind of HRM I had, but I changed the settings. I had them manually in my old one.

My stats said this:

58 minutes

Zone- 9 minutes

Maximum- 179

Avg.- 143

Calories- 456

I don't like only being in the zone for 9 minutes.

Well, I'm off to get some stuff done.
