Guest guest Posted August 29, 2008 Report Share Posted August 29, 2008 Hello everyone, I would like to post my 4 week photos on Sunday and wanted to see if anyone here could walk me through it. I see small changes in my body right now...definitely some small formations of muscles here and there but no major weight loss/inch loss yet. That's ok though, I feel so much better and know that if I keep on track I'll see the results I'm hoping for So onward I go. I can't wait to see if there's any difference in the photos I take on Sunday. I've had some trouble in week 3. I was on beach vacation and did so great until the last 3 days Then I got the flu for 2 days so I missed a couple workouts. But I'm proud of myself for not using that for an excuse to forget the whole program...cuz trust me it went through my head! yea me! This is a challenge for sure but I'm so glad I've commited to it.
