I agree it's more a beginning hi/lo routine than a walking one and I adore Dozois!I also like Slim & Six pack very much! It's right up there with Ab Ripper 200 in my books, perhaps even harder! Next time I sub Amp'd Abs I'm gonna steal this choreography! I think it's 12 minutes long and AA is either a 15 or a 30 minute class. I'm thrilled you like CoreBox! It's really the same thing as Turbo Kick, there isn't a whole lot of difference.
