Guest guest
Hello All So I have completed my first challenge and lost 41 lbs. I'm 5'9 and started at 220. I'm now in week 3 of challenge 2 and lost one lousy pound. I would like to get to 145 to 150 pounds before December. I follow the workouts rather precise, but my eating is so-so. I stick to more or less 1400 - 1600 calories, but my choices aren't always the best. I think I'm overdoing my sugar intake a little and eating to much salt. Does salt really make such a difference? (I'm working on getting sugar completely eliminated...) My meals might look like this: 1: Banana, milk, protein powder, pb,water 2: chicken, wrap, cranberries, pesto, little cheese 3: pear, protein of some sort - tuna or chicken usually 4: 1.5 chicken drumstick, broccoli, 1/3 cup rice 5: 1T pb I have a sweet tooth and might have a french vanilla coffee (the machine kind) instead of a carb somewhere. Those are very sweet. I might also have a bite of my sons nutella or pb & j sandwich. Maybe a small bite of my daughters full fat/full sugar yogurt. Ugh, or even a activia yogurt with the pb in the evening. So I guess this is the reason why I'm not loosing any more weight? Is there anything else I can do? I take 3 hydroxycut a day, CLA and a multi. What about creatine and glutamine? Will that help? Thank you! Yvette
