Guest guest Posted January 8, 2008 Report Share Posted January 8, 2008 i went to bed early and was so nervous all night it felt like i didn't sleep at all--anyway i got up and out to the club by 6 am and drove up to a dark building with no cars around!! i waited and within a couple of minutes the instructor came. i introduced myself and told her about my knee--she was nice to give modifications throughout the class for my situation. we'll see how my knee feels later about the exercise! anyway the class used bands, dumbbells, a step and exercise ball. interesting since i only have a couple of dvd's that use bands and i only recently bought a band (it came with the new michelle doizois interval workout). i really liked how the band worked my triceps!! she did a lot of abs work on the ball in the beginning of the class. i could make it through the basic crunches but the oblique work was a little too much for me the first day!! working out in the morning really wakes you up and it felt really good:) many of the people in the class were older than me!! aerobics on thursday morning!! have to watch out--they have carpet-- deadly for knees!! stacey Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
