This was a fun workout with lots of different exercises. A couple of the exercises I didn't really feel all that much so I'll have to modify a bit next time. I like that she stretches in-between sets and I especially like that she does 3 sets of everything. Sumo Squat- 50 lb bar bell- these were different and what was weird was that I felt it most in the top middle part of my back instead of my legs. seated row- barbell/band- this is the exercise I didn't feel no matter how short I made my tubing. She wraps the band around one end of the bar bell and sits with her feet pressed against the other end. Next time I'll just do bar bell rows because that exercise just doesn't work for me. hammy rocker- 10 lb dumb bells. Cuban press- 10 lb dumb bells Glute wrap- This is another one I did really feel. She hold the bar bell behind her leg and does hamstring raises. Maybe next time I'll add more weight Standing Shrugs- 40 lb bar bell ( really liked this one) incline chest flies- 20 lb standing concentration curl w/barbell- 30 lbs (this was a fryer) triceps band push down- Here's another odd exercise. She wraps a towel around the middle of the band and places it behind her neck and doubles up the band and does triceps press downs. It kept pressing against my collar bone and hurting so I didn't get much out of this. Next time I'll be sure to have a bath towel or something lol triceps dips There are abs at the end, but I didn't' do them and probably won't do them anymore from this workout. Just don't care for it. I'm going to try to do all three total body challenge workouts this week, but I'll have to see how sore I get, if at all. Have a great day! ~**~~**~Start the year off right.
