Hi ,

Sorry to hear you had such a rough week at work! I'll be you're very

relieved that it's over.

Great job on adjusting your workout regime to fit your

schedule/stress level. Sounds like you will be right on track, and

will have one less thing to worry about.

Thanks for the compliments about my scheduling, too! Though I have

my schedule planned, everything is in pencil to allow for change as

needed. :)
