Hi,

This morning I did 4 Day Split chest and back. I didn't alternate from back to chest I did all the chest work and then all the back work. I get a much better burn this way.

Chest:

Push Ups (1 full, 2 partial) Toes

Push Ups (full, bottom-half, top-half) Toes/knees

Fly's on 40 Degree Incline DB (2 sets of 12) 25

Decline Push Ups (1 set) Toes/knees

Incline Press DB 20

Push Ups Around the Clock- knees

BACK:

Supermans No wt One Arm Row DB (warm-up set) 20 One Arm Row DB 30

One Arm Row DB 30

Underhand Row BB (2 sets of 7) 52

Underhand Row BB (2 sets of 7) 52

One Arm Row DB (Wide fly, 1 set of 12) 20

Incline Pullovers DB (2 sets)25

T-Band Flys Green band

After this, I did 4DS LIS abs and stretch. (I hate those bicycle things she does in the beginning so I skipped those)

I'm really feeling the allergies again today. My eyes were watery the entire time I worked out, I also feeling pretty weak. There are a few of the exercises I had to go lighter than what I usually do...the pushups were the worst. I did do an extra set of the pullovers just because I really like that exercise and she only does one set.

Yesterday and today both I've really struggled with my workouts. I will be so happy when the allergy stuff is gone. I'm feel really irritable and I hate that. I found myself snapping at everyone yesterday then I end up feeling bad for that too.
