Hi,

Since doing one body part a day It's hard to make time for everything else and since I like cardio better in the evenings this rotation works well for that.

I did my second cardio of the week and decided to include some leg work with it. I went with Body Max 2 Power circuits + Gym Style calves.

Body Max 2 Power Circuits

Cardio Blast Lower Body - Squats BB 30

Circuit#3Cardio Step - Cardio Blast

Lower Body - Plie Squat BB 30Circuit#4Cardio Step

Cardio Blast Lower Body- Static Lunge DB 5's

GS Calves (twice through)

GS stretch

This was a fun workout!!!!
