Guest guest Posted July 29, 2008 Report Share Posted July 29, 2008 Hi All, Just wanted to pop in quick to report my workouts. Everyone is doing great! I'll have reviews and catch up on posts later in the week, as I gotta get back to my school work. On Monday I did three 15 minute workouts with Maya on dvd - total body strength, core, and cardio. These were the freebies from Mc's, but I got them on ebay. I didn't know about them when they had them at Mcdonalds. Of course, the only time we ever go there is in March for shamrock shakes, LOL. But like said, these workouts were pretty good! I wonder if I would have picked these up when they were at mcdonalds if they would have started me back on track? Maybe so. But at least I'm on track now! I'll write a review after I do another workout with the dvds. I did the easier level on Monday, and will do the harder ones on Wednesday. Today was Treadmoves - Aerobic Cardio Blast. Holy smokes! I'm so glad I didn't try this one last week when I had such DOMS. Yikes! This one does plyo moves on the treadmill, and upper body weights as well. It's 45 minutes, and even though it's shorter than Tracey's dvd from last week, I found this one much harder! Of course, I was feeling down on energy today, and I think I needed to eat more before I did this one. I kept moving through the end, but didn't keep up with all the plyo moves. There is also push ups and abs (on the floor) at the end, followed by a good stretch. I'll do a breakdown later in the week after I do my other treadmoves workout. There are four treadmoves workouts available that I know of, but even though this one was tough, I think I want the other two - even though they are more advanced. Keep up the good work, everyone!
