Guest guest
Hi, This morning I did Ripped To The Core. The DVD I have doesn't have a warm up. It goes right to reverse lunge & side squats. There was talk when this workout first came out that some DVD"s had a warm up and some didn't. Well, I use the first exercise as my warm up and I don't use any weights. I still get a really good burn in the legs. Here's how it went for me.(weight amount is for both weights total)Reverse Lunge & Side Squat (no weight- warm up)Spider & Pushups (on toes) Chest Press with Hips Raised -24 Bent Leg Deadlift & Bicep Curl -24 Wide Squat & Upright Row-24Stiff Leg Deadlift With Lat Row-24 Squat With Lat Raise & Narrow Squat With Anterior Raise- 6 Step Ups With Overhead Press- 6Tricep Kickback with Core Work -7 I have a really hard time with the step ups with the over head press. My shoulders really burn so I have to keep the weight low. This is another Jari workout where you feel every exercise. I'm glad it's over. Got rain this morning, but I don't think its going to make it any less cooler. Have a great day. ~**~Get fantasy football with free live scoring. Sign up for FanHouse Fantasy Football today.
