Thanks Donna. I'm not feeling any better yet and have almost totally lost my voice....luckily for me I know how to sign huh? Tomorrow will be the last day I will have to be at work at 7:45am for this week YAH! I ordered 4 Firm workouts from Amazon and was only charged $20. They're in the mail, I hopefully I will feel well enough to do one of them when they arrive.How is your back? Jen
