I received my package on Wednesday & was able to watch the " Burn

Basics " and " Band Basics " DVD first. I have also read the " Muscle

Burns Fat " book in it's entirety.

I am so far very impressed with CE. I do love Chalene, so this is

not a shock. Completely different from what I have seen before in

any of her work. The muscle work is great. The burn basics shows

proper lifting technique and has some great tips on how to stay safe

and get strong.

I do not have SelecTechs, but my plan is to do the whole 90 process

twice with a two week break between the two. The first rotation will

be done bands only. After watching the band basics DVD, I think I

will still get a good workout for most of the exercises, although one

of the ways to hold the band in one of the " burn circuits " didn't

look like it was giving tension to the body part it was intended to,

but I remember thinking that a simple change to the band would make

all the difference. If I love it like I think I will get some form

of SelecTechs if I can figure out where to put it or I will take my

DVD player to the gym and workout with heavier weights.

Watching the Kitchen Tour workout as we speak. I plan on watching

the burn circuits, burn intervals, ab burner, burn it off & recharge

over the weekend before I start the program. Planning on starting it

on 12/22. I will have my hubby take my pics from the views discussed

in the MBF book, ten views and will measure my BF.

I will post more over the weekend about the workouts themselves. I

am very excited to get started on this program next week. I know,

it's CHRISTMAS on Thursday, but I figure, days will always come up

with temptations and I only help myself if I try to be as healthy as

possible throughout the holidays.
