I'm happy to say even though I did all the pushups on my knees they were a little bit easier this time. I think doing them on my toes lately has made a difference. The one thing I hate about this workout is the lack of rests she takes in-between each exercise. I know I can pause it and take my own rest, but its annoying. Here's how it went. Chest Drop Set Pushups (16 - 2, dropping 2 each set; set of 4 is 2x2 ct; set of 2 is 4x4 ct) knees Bench Press DB (3 sets, 12 reps) 20 Pec Flyes DB (3 sets, 12 reps) 20Incline Chest Press DB (2 sets, 12 reps) 15 Incline Pec Flyes DB (2 sets, 12 reps) 15Close grip Chest Press BB (2 sets, 10 reps) (I used dumb bells here. I didn't see the need to pull my bar bell out for this one exercise) (2) 20 Bonus Close grip Chest Press BB (4x4 ct) (2) 20 Triceps Dips (24 reps) Lying Tricep extensions DB (2 sets; 2x6 ct, then 6x2 ct) 10 Seated French Press DB (2 sets; 3x1 ct, then 1x3 ct) 25 (first set) 20 (second set)Lying Cross-body tricep extensions DB (2 sets) 10 Band Bonus Burn (cross body extensions) green band Triceps Kickbacks DB (2 sets) 10Triceps Kickbacks Band green band Now we'll see if I get any DOMS.
