Guest guest Posted July 23, 2008 Report Share Posted July 23, 2008 I have been doing body for life for 1.5 weeks. I am curious- when the 12 weeks are over, do you start again? I thought I read in the book that after 12 weeks you should do cardio for 2 weeks and start the 12 week plan again, but I can't seem to find it when I searched through the book.
