I've got some library rentals that I've been doing the last couple nights that he has joined me on. Last night I put in Body Wisdom's Yoga for Stress Relief with Barbara Benagh. He didn't like her voice so that was enough for him. There were too many routines to pick from and the ones that I looked at were much slower than what I like. The other one we tried the previous night was Element Yoga for Beginners with Elena Brower. We did about half of this and he seemed to like this. I've been trying to find a slow flowing power yoga, if that makes any sense. I like flowing posutures but I also like to hold them a bit longer, most power yoga ones I've tried I'm struggling to keep their pace. The ones that I want to do with my dh are Yoga Journal's Step by Step series. They have an instruction program that goes into detail about how to do the poses and proper alignment, etc, and then there is a 20 minute practice session.
