I'm doing better and better and actually tossing the kettlebell already (18 lb one). I feel like I should workout longer than an hour (like maybe some yoga), but it wipes me out! Yowsers. Anyway, here are my stats: Total: 524Max: 177Average: 128There is a 5 minute joint mobility workout in the beginning, if it weren't for that, I'm sure my average heartrate would be higher.
