Eat egg whites, hard boiled, right before you eat this cereal. Figure

how many egg whites you need to balance the cereal.

I eat a cereal blend several days a week. I put half a scoop of

protein powder in my soy milk and pour that on top. You could also

have turkey or veggie sausage on the side.
