I'm actually a little sad - I felt like it took me until week 4 of Phase 3 to finally get into the groove of Phase 3. I think in the future, I will do the X rotation one month on/one month off. I don't think I have the attention span to make it through 90 days (plus, I think I will avoid the Xmas/New Year holiday as that certainly never helps with motivation!) Anyway, after T-Tapp Primary Back Stretch I did Core Synergistics - might be my all time favorite " X " workout b/c it is unique and challenging. I still can't do everything perfectly, but I like the workout. I even did the bonus round today - it went by pretty fast for me.I then stretched out with T-Tapp again. I sure wish I was doing T-Tapp from the beginning. It has made a huge difference with my back stiffness. Tomorrow is Kenpo! I would like to do X Stretch tonight though - just as a farewell!
