Guest guest
Hi Everyone, Another " chicken soup " workout this morning - Crunch/Ellen Barrett's Burn & Firm Pilates. I really like this routine, it is surprisingly challenging - you don't really notice that you're working until the end when you have that trembly feeling in your legs, which is surprising b/c you don't use very heavy weights and overall the workout seems pretty gentle. It must be the Pilates control thing. I was going to do an add on but didn't feel like it so I stopped after this workout. I still have a few more of Ellen's to get through this week - her other crunch Yoga/Fusion type workout (I can't remember the title) and her Pick Your Level workout. I may do those back to back tomorrow - a bit of Pilates toning followed by some more yoga/Pilates. I'm still feeling much better and I'm starving all the time - I'm thinking it is my body 'catching up' from not eating last week. Take care!
