I missed my workout yesterday. I subbed for another leader in a location about 40 minutes from my house (plus rush hour traffic and lots of sunshine blasting my eyes, too bad it wasn't actually warm too) so I didn't have time in the morning then had too much going on the rest of the day. Oh well, will make it up later.

Today was Sculpt 3-4 though and I'm still working on my pushups on my toes. I'm not able to go as close to the floor as on my knees but I do pretty well with them. I did a few more today than last time for each rep plus one or two more tricep dips. He does 15 of those and I'm trying to get there. I'm up to 12 this time, nice and low and then straight arms at the top. Did one or two more bicep curls with my 12s today too so definitely making progress.

Tomorrow is cardio but my short day so I might try to get up early to fit in P90 3-4 but I also might not and do something shorter. Will decide later.

I need to take measurements tomorrow morning or soon, day 30 has already past but I haven't done it yet. My weight went up last week (up 1.6!) but I think a lot of that was TTOM and also I hadn't been monitoring my hunger as well and was eating past the point of satisfaction more often than I normally do. I was aware of it but wasn't forcing myself to stop for some reason. This week I've been working hard at paying attention to that (even at a brunch buffet at a really nice restaurant Sunday, my dad and step-mother took us there for my birthday, I enjoyed it but didn't enjoy it so much that it was no longer enjoyable and made good choices overall I thought, with a couple of small, fun indulgences) and I've been getting my water in most days too. Hoping to see it go down this week. I weigh in Thursdays now so will know then.

That's the excitement here. It is REALLY cold again. Yesterday we were below zero, today we're barely above it. I have never felt so battled by the weather but this has been a really tough winter. I hope spring gets here soon.
