Guest guest
Hi, I'm not really sure about "normal" - "normal' for me has been having a back that is easily aggravated for the past 20 years (it started in college, got worse, and it is actually much better from the chiro treatments). I just think it is something like someone who has bad knees or bad feet - there will just be things that I shouldn't do and/or shouldn't do often. That is sort of how I'm looking at some of the workouts I'm thinking of putting in the trade/sell pile - they may not be out of the question, but they probably shouldn't be "regulars" (if that makes sense!) Take care!Donna Subject: Donna / Exercise DilemaTo: exercisevideos Date: Tuesday, October 21, 2008, 12:55 PM Keep in mind I am a PACKRAT, but every time I've gotten rid of a quality workout like the Firm, Voight, etc. I've almost always regretted it later and semi-sought them out again later. However, it feels GREAT to declutter and be surrounded only by objects that bring you true joy. Will your back ever be "normal"? What is the current prognosis?
