I did the Sun Salutations from Yoga In Fiji (15 minutes) then did a couple of the ab workouts from the Star Trainer Ab DVD. This one is a netflix, so I'll be sending it on its way tomorrow. I did the segment with Spreen and then the one with Rob Glick. I got a decent ab workout, but nothing to jump up and down about. Tomorrow is back to Slo-Mo.
