Hope Sat goes well and he can start crunching on you to get

everything in line again...just try to be as relaxed as possible and

not tense up as he is adjusting.

visit was basically an evaluation and x-rays.  I go back on Saturday

to talk to the Dr. about the x-rays, etc.  He basically confirmed my

symptoms today - that my back is super tight, my hamstrings are

tight, my ROM is limited, and my hips are misaligned.  I guess we'll

see where this goes - but I am happy to FINALLY be doing something

about it (other than whining!)

deductions for my health insurance (where I work they offer 4

different plans, and I always go for the top of the line plan) my

chiro treatments are 100% covered AND they are unlimited.  So, if I

really start to see improvements from this type of treatment, I won't

be stopped by lack of coverage - so that is good news.  For about 2

years we were on my Dh's plan, and although the payroll deductions

were lower - the coverage wasn't as good and we were always

getting " surprise " bills in the mail from providers.

it wasn't nearly as hysterical as usual, so I have hope that it will

get better.

Hi Donna!

Sounds like you have great insurance. I hope the chiro works for you and I'm so glad you're feeling better, just to be doing something about it. Good for you to be taking care of yourself! Will be interested in future updates on this!

OT - Chiro Report

Hi,

I'm back from the chiro (and some errands as well). T he first visit was basically an evaluation and x-rays. I go back on Saturday to talk to the Dr. about the x-rays, etc. He basically confirmed my symptoms today - that my back is super tight, my hamstrings are tight, my ROM is limited, and my hips are misaligned. I guess we'll see where this goes - but I am happy to FINALLY be doing something about it (other than whining!)

The good news is, that although I pay through the nose in payroll deductions for my health insurance (where I work they offer 4 different plans, and I always go for the top of the line plan) my chiro treatments are 100% covered AND they are unlimited. So, if I really start to see improvements from this type of treatment, I won't be stopped by lack of coverage - so that is good news. For about 2 years we were on my Dh's plan, and although the payroll deductions were lower - the coverage wasn't as good and we were always getting "surprise" bills in the mail from providers.

Sorry to ramble - gotta get some stuff done before it is time for to get home. Today she was still crying about going, but it wasn't nearly as hysterical as usual, so I have hope that it will get better.

Take care!Donna

better!!! also, sorry that stephanie is still upset about going

to school :( i do hope that it will smooth out for her very

soon.
