Since doing Ripped 1000 yesterday I didn't want to do any toning workouts and really didn't want to do any cardio since I've got 3 in this week, but decided to go ahead and do a lighter cardio and abs. I went with 7 Day Solution with and . I did just the cardio section, but really put everything into it. When I do this with this workout I usually get a nice little calorie burn. After that I did 's Shape Your Abs and did all the ab workouts back to back... I think there are 6. Anyway, it was around 20 minutes. I wore my HRM for the entire workout so I think my average wasn't exactly right. I had fun with both routines. It had been a long time since I had done either one. I'm off for some TV watching.
