workout question

Hi all,

 

I'm just starting week 3. I think everything has been going well so far,

although I'm not weighing or measuring until the 1/2 way point. My question is

this: When I do my lower/upper body workouts I feel like the weights are heavy

enough for me, and I have been increasing them incrementally at each workout. by

the final 12 reps my muscles feel fatigued. The 1st week I was sore after my

workouts...but not so much anymore. I'm wondering if that means I'm not working

hard enough, or if my body is just getting used to it. The lower weights/more

reps at the beginning feel easy, but I'm hesitant to increase those more than a

little each time, because, as I said, by the end of my set on that exercise I'm

really workin'.

 

Thoughts?
