Hi,

This morning I finished up the weight work from 4DS with triceps, biceps, and shoulders. Once again I did each body part instead of alternating.

TRICEPS

Pyramid Up : Dips on High Step to Stretch No wt Seated Overhead Extensions Pyramid Up DB 15/20/25/30

BICEPS

SHOULDERS

The shoulders got me the most burn. I knew I had to go lighter then Cathe on that first pyramid overhead press.

If we get home in time this evening I might go ahead and do 4DS Boot Camp which I have down to do tomorrow. I figure if I have the time I'm taking advantage of getting my cardio done in the evening. Otherwise, it will be another morning deal.

Off to get the dogs walked before the heat sets in.
