Hi ,

I know what you mean - the last few days have been

really busy for me, too. I would love to respond to

just about every message I see, but, alas, time gets

away from me!

Anyway, T-Tapp is simultaneously a vidiot's dream and

nightmare - in that there are only so many moves

included in the whole workout series, so honestly,

having one or two is actually sufficient! Her

instructional tapes break down the " full " workout

series step by step with detailed instruction. Her

Beginner/Rehab puts it all together - still some

instruction, just not as detailed. " Tempo " does it

all but with no instruction. Intermediate is the same

series of exercises, just done at 10 reps instead of

8. The mini-max and maxi-max workouts are variations

on the same exercises, just " parts " or segments of the

full workout. Her Hit the Floor workouts do have

different exercises - but, again, you wouldn't need

more than 1. Her other Tempo Workouts - Torso, Arms

and Legs bascially take the parts of the " full "

workout that focus on a particular area. Tempo Legs

also has floorwork in it. So, in a nutshell, you

don't need a whole lot of T-Tapp workouts - Primary

Back Strech is PBS, no matter which workout you have,

same for her Hoe Downs, Plies, Oil Wells, and all the

other exercises.

She does have walking workouts where you use T-Tapp

form for an indoor walking workout. They are called

Step Away the Inches. I have one of those, but haven't

done it recently. I remember when I did it though I

was pretty sore - weird b/c if you just watched it you

wouldn't think it would do anything. I haven't done

it recently b/c it is very long on the instruction,

but that is probably want you need to get the form and

therefore the soreness. Maybe I'll pull it out again

soon.

I'd say for me the " must-haves " are the instructionals

(for good form pointers, reminders and as a " refresher "

if you've been away from T-Tapp for awhile),

Beginner-Rehab, and T-Tapp to Tempo (for when you no

longer need the detailed instruction).

Take care!
