TL Webb cardio/Amy Bento abs+stretch

hi everyone -

posting my plan for this week, and your encouragement, has helped

me to stay on track.

today's workout went as planned...

first was 'cardio blast' with tamilee webb, which is a 30 min

floor cardio workout from her 'tighter assets' set.

with cardio blast is a 10 min buns workout. with tamilee is 2

fabulous backgrounders... one she introduces as 'sunday' and

another named 'jessica'. her cueing is late in places, but

overall it was satisfactory for such an athletic workout. i

modified most of it for the rebounder and had lots of fun.

the 10 min buns workout is alot of squats, lunges and leg lifts.

my legs were fatigued by then so i did about 8 mins and moved

on.

then i did one of the 15 min ab segments of amy bento's 'abs &

stretch'. the first half was standing and amy held dumbells to

do obliques -- side bends, twists and reaches. then she sits on

the mat and does some pilates flavoured stuff, followed by

crunches for the upper ab area, then leg lifts for the lower.

the whole thing was pretty good, i liked the variety.

after that i did one of the stretch segments on the same disc...

i think this one was 20 mins long. amy used a resistance band to

stretch out (mainly) the legs and hips. good session but it

would have been nice if she had done the upper body too.
