Guest guest Posted December 19, 2008 Report Share Posted December 19, 2008 I think sometimes you can push too hard..UGH.. I did Maximum Intensity Strength. I don't know what's up, but I only matched Cathe w/ her weight on this workout, and I about died trying to do so. Wow, truly. I was trembling. Grrr... I can't believe I'd lose that much strength just by taking it easy in one week, but I truly don't remember this workout being so tough! Wow. On the 2nd set of crazy 8's, I had to drop down. She was using a 35 lb barbell, I switched to 27. And that about killed me. Other than that I used exactly what she was using. I also don't like the abs in this workout. Way too much focus on the upper part, and barely any on obliques or lower. Oh well. My arm are so jell-o and shakey still...almost in a bad way!
