I don't know where the scratches are suppose to be....on the front side of the discs (colored/designed side) it looks like scratches but by design. On the backs there are no scratches or fingerprints so I don't know what to do...any suggestions? Mine have marks on the back of the disks. They look more like smudges than

scratches so you need to look at them pretty closely. I haven't had a chance to

pre-view mine yet so I don't know if the marks are causing any issues or not.

it is the side of the dvd that is put face down into the

player... the side that is played. not the side with the label

on it.

marks seem to range from circular scratches to fingerprints,

smudges, scuffs. some cant be seen until you hold the disc

under a bright light. i suggest that you preview every disc,

including the cd, and ensure that they dont freeze up or skip.

Ok I will preview them but it will take FOREVER!I all ready watched the food prep/kitchen prep and Burn Circuit 1 workout....dozens more to go! Jenp.s. maybe I will be lucky and mine will be fine!

hi jen! i think that if you examine them under a bright light

and do not see anything wrong with them, then they will be fine.

it seems like the issues are not affecting everyone.
