Rose Oil, Bulgarian 18.82 volume oz/lb weight< Sorry, but this is not a fact. I ought to know because I've been making soaps, lotions and creams for over 15 years. It is critical that all measurements be precise. Each oil and solid matter has it's own weight and volume. There is no steadfast rule.
