I just finished up with Totally Cool Step. It was a lot of fun! At first I thought there was no way I would get it. But Christi goes over the combos enough times that I did. I loved it. The workout went very fast and the music was also good. I did the bonus cardio and the bonus abs as well. I shut my HRM off at 1 hour and 13 minutes. I had a burn of 716 calories, with my average being 134. I think I may do this one soon again so the combo stay fresh in my mind. Happy workouts everyone!
