I didn't get to workout yesterday - just too busy getting ready for company and all of the related cleanup. I didn't get to workout as early as I wanted today as I was still cleaning up from last night's dinner and doing laundry. I tried a new workout I found at Ross on Wednesday from Sharon Mann. This was her Pilates/Yoga workout which can be done fully (45 minutes) or broken down into chapters. I did the whole workout which contained 20 + minutes of yoga followed by 20+ minutes of Pilates. The yoga mainly consisted of sun salutations which felt really good on the back and legs along with triangle pose, side pose, and bridge pose. The Pilates portion of the workout contained an abdominal series (the 100, leg pulls, teaser, etc) followed by a nice amount of leg work on each side, and finished with back/hamstring work. I really like this workout and Sharon. I might have to look for more by her.
