Used to Spin 3 times a week. Scheduling makes it hard for me now.....miss it.

Killer workout, grueling sometimes but a great fatburner!! Interval classes

were my favorite :)

Have fun and take a big ol' water bottle, you'll need it!!

I also wore a gel pad for that extra comfort :)

K :)

Thanks ! My trainer said I'd need a towel and a bottle of water! I

really want to try it but I'm afraid it will be too intense for me! What if

I can't do it? What if I pass out?? LOL! Where can I get a gel pad?

Thanks again for your input!

I love spinning!!!! It is intense, but you can control your own tension on

the bike and work at your own pace. It's a great workout! Definitely get a

gel seat! I got mine in the sporting section at Wal Mart. K-Mart, Target and

sporting goods stores also carry them. I think mine was 12 dollars. Also make

sure you have water- you'll need it!!!!

:)
