Hi Aseel & Besan,

Please e-mail the address where you want the dvd/info sent, and I will send

it in the mail, immediately. My personal e-mail is:

heather@... I am so glad that you found ISOP & the CAST

Support Group and have made the decision to travel to Philadelphia to have

Besan treated early. Please continue to keep us updated on Besan's progress

and let me know if there is something else ISOP can do to help you and your

daughter. How is Besan doing in her 3rd cast? Can ISOP provide a cooling

vest to Besan?

Sincerely,

HRH

Re: Kansas

,

I need to get a copy of the DVD. I sent you an email a couple of weeks ago

but not sure if you received it. Let me know if you need money or whatever,

Thanks.

dr visit today, need advice

We visited w/ Toby's doctor today about making a decision with casting vs

growing rod surgery. I asked him why he hadn't been to any ET training and

he said basically he hasn't had time but is interested in the procedure. We

told him that we wanted the ET Mehta casting and he agreed to watch the DVD.

I asked him about the AMIL table and he said his table is a Risser table and

that his casting was a risser cast. He agreed to put the holes in the cast

like the Mehta casts but the neck goes so high. Dr. Price said that he has

to put the cast so high up on the neck to get the support. It goes high up

like a neck brace. I'm just confused. I asked him what Toby's RVAD was and

he said it was in the 20's. He said we should probably go w/ the casting but

I'm just not sure about his style of casting, He mentioned that he would

like to get Dr. Mehta at Children's Mercy. THAT WOULD BE WONDERFUL.......

Somebody give me some advice.........
