Guest guest Posted December 23, 2008 Report Share Posted December 23, 2008 I just completed 's 30 minutes to Fitness workout. I liked it a lot! I don't think I have ever done this one either! I was surprised to find out, that it was a nice hour long workout (or more) when you combined the two splits. So, I got a total body workout in, and shut my HRM off at 1 hour and 25 minutes. However, that was with a couple of rewinds to get the proper weight. I was surprised to see I burned 735 calories with my average being 135. Wow. I didn't like the " rests " when she works the core with the towel though. Especially with my back. Maybe if I were 100% I could have tried a bit more. I just did a little and the stretches..
