Guest guest
Hi just a quick question to all you experts out there. We stated on GF/CF diet on monday with various supplements as suggested by Tommey and today he has developed very painful ear and swollen jaw. Normally is very healthy have any of you had similar reactions when commencing dietary/supplememtal changes or do you think this is purely coincidental? I would appreciate your thoughts thankyou everyone
Guest guest
sorry not sure what it could be an if linked (it may be), just word of advice to never ever start or stop more than one thing at the same time. if starting diet give it few weeks at least before introducing new supplements... if starting a supplement or stopping an old leave a week or two in between. it could be that he is 'tackling' and old infection, something that has been there and is coming to surface now 'cos of supplements. but could be a coincidence. natasa x > > Hi just a quick question to all you experts out there. In truth I am thinking of cutting back on some of the supplements and doing a more stepwise approach as it just seems too much at once and I feel is going to start refusing to take some of the supplements as ets face it they are not always the most pleasant tastes!
