Guest guest
Boy you hit it right on the head of what most all of us have a problem with. I know I do. I have limited my gain, but it is hard. I am a little over five years out and candy and no exercise are my downers also. I just need to make myself do more protein. That will do it. I know it and maybe you can do that and bring it back down. Do the protein drinks if you have to. Just bring that protein level up and the sugar cravings slack off usually. I feel for you on your regain. Just know we are all fighting that very same battle. Just try the protein regime and I truly think you will find it will come down. Pearl Hello: My name is and I have just joined your group. I am a veteran of the ds by Dr. K about 3+ years. I was very successful with no complications. My health radically improved and I no longer have symtoms of diabetis. I have join the group so that I can refocused and get support. I seem to be taking my health for granted and am experiencing rapid weight gain, about 30 pounds of the 80 lost. The two biggys for me are sugar and exercise. Please help me overcome and reel myself back on track. Thank You.
Guest guest
I can so relate to both of you! My weaknesses are sugar and not enough movement as well! One of the old timers on OH gave me some advise about regain that so far has really helped, weigh every day and DO NOT GO OVER 5 pounds! I freak if I've gained 3 but I never got to goal, so I'd like to lose another 15. Would it help to have a weekly accountability to each other, or email our daily intake for awhile until we feel we have it under control? It's so wonderful that this group is here so we can support each other. Thanks for listening. susan To: DS_Friends_Keshishian Sent: Sun, February 7, 2010 5:51:23 PMSubject: Re: (unknown) Boy you hit it right on the head of what most all of us have a problem with. Guest guest
Yes they are for download after you pay the fee. I am not saying that they shouldn't charge for them. Just that they should make it clear that there is a fee when they say that they are available for download. Anji Sandage, the Weston A. Price Foundation chapter leader, has created beautiful nutrient-dense recipe eCards for Kids to download. There are about 100 recipe cards plus a bonus eBook. http://ishop.livingfood.us/healthy_kids.htm Also, the Farm to Consumer Legal Defense Fund received an answer from FDA saying it is illegal for an individual to cross state lines to purchase raw milk. http://farmtoconsumer.org/fda-answers-judge-kennedy.htm Augiehttp://LivingFood.us Free iShop eBook samples; online Journal -- Schmidt“How can a nation be great if its bread tastes like Kleenex?” ~ Child

Guest guest
Sharon-I used only shavings for years. I loved them. I, also, didn't use anything in the summer.I agree to is easier to keep clean and less fly attracting this way. My goats never, ever oncehad any respiratory issues. Anne To: Raw Dairy <RawDairy > Sent: Saturday, April 14, 2012 11:17 AM Subject: (unknown) Just curious. . .any one using pine/cedar/wood shavings in your barn as bedding ? ? Just added shavings to my regular bedding of straw in the last 9 months. Thought is was more absorbent than straw alone, and felt it was helping me get more use out of each re-bedding. I don't use any bedding in the barn during warm seasons (May - Sept) since the moisture seems to attract the flies. Question - Does anyone worry about the Formaldehyde in wood shavings ? Wonder about my health and breathing it and the goats health too. Am I overreacting ? Does anyone know of shavings that are 'natural'. I live in eastern Colorado.
