He was feeling kind of crappy Friday, and warm baths helped a bit, by Saturday am the warm bath wasn't cutting it. He couldn't make it back up the stairs to get Cheryl. He got Matty to go and get her, and wake her up, saying that " Dad needs you!) By this time he was having great difficulty walking, and he had to lean on Cheryl to get to the Van where he kind of threw himself on the bench seat. By the time he got to the hospital he needed a wheel chair. Today he can barely lift a leg. He's on 'roids and dilaudid for the pain. He believes that because he was hit with shingles, and was due to have his Remicade Infusion, and was trying to make an appt for that, he was stricken with a MAJOR Flare!
