/ WW points for rice

It's interesting, in a way WW and Noel's system is the same.   I only get 150 carbs per day, divide that by 22 carbs (1/2 cup rice worth) and that's about 1/7th of my daily allotment.  I need to save my carbs for a hamburger bun (a small cheapie safeway bun is 21 carbs) and the almond milk I often use for protein shakes!  They get used up quickly and I wouldn't want to waste mine on rice either!

I usually only eat 1/2 cup rice too. In WW world, 1 cup equals 4 points. I get 18 per day when I'm losing weight and about 20-22 when I'm maintaining. I like rice but not enough to spend 4 pts on it most of the time!
