I recently had some Jersey milk from a dairy feeding distillers grain.

What would have otherwise been good tasting high-butterfat milk was grey

in color and tasted awful. It is also known to increase e-coli problems

over corn (which itself increases such problems over grassfed only).

Is this the book that has the story of the dirty milk in the prison and the

origin of pasteurization?

We have used brewery grain for our goats before.

HOWEVER, it should never ever be fed as the only ration. The most we have ever put in the ration for our goats, is about 7%of the total ration (that includes hay). Anything more than that and you can run into all kinds of problems.
