Guest guest
Hello All, My name is Kim Nikolai and I’m new to the group. I currently live in Prior Lake, MN where I have been raising grass fed sheep for the past 7 years. We’re in the process of negotiating a move to a larger farm so Prior Lake may be history for us soon (at least I hope so!). Because of some health issues that became apparent last year I’ve been making many changes to my diet. I’m a going to be raw milk consumer very soon. I’m not yet aware if I can get it here in MN but I know I can through farm membership in WI. I’ll be heading there on Wednesday for my first purchase! DH is rather opposed to drinking it raw right now but I’m working on him. He’s been very cooperative with the other changes I’ve made so I think he’ll come around (especially if that is all that is in the house!). We have 4 grown kids who are mostly on their own now (are they ever fully on their own?). My dad who is gone now grew up on a farm in , MN is probably smiling down on me now for making this change. As a kid I can remember him much preferring real milk over the skim milk we made him drink because foolish us thought it would help keep us slimmer! Guest guest
you might want to join this group if you aren't already a member. they have raw milk sources listed in their database. you don't have to drive to WI to get raw milk. you can get it in MN too. http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/trad-foods-MN/ > > Hello All, > > > > My name is Kim Nikolai and I'm new to the group.
