Guest guest Posted April 11, 2008 Report Share Posted April 11, 2008 Margaret is right, should you wish to pursue this and it is in the right part of the statement then your child is entitiled to legal aid as they have broken his statement. My own LEA are far too smart for this kind of thing and make sure we get through months of arguing as to what should be where in the statement in the first place, then ofcourse there is all the time wasting inbetween usually ending up with too little too late, sigh. We are all fast approaching the day when we will need a solicitor to attend the annual reviews and receive the statements that follow!
