Hi,

I just wanted to let everyone know the worker's compensation judge

ruled in my favor. WC can not stop my income and must continue paying

my medical bills for my neck and arm injury. It is such a worry off my

shoulders. Now we will see what the next move will be on their part.

This is a major loss for them. I was so worried. I also got official

word from social security that everything went through. I only had the

judges word for the hearing nothing in writing. So I should know in

about two weeks how that is going to work. What a ton of weigh off me.

Yippee!!! This is such great news Lynn. I hope now that your major battles

are over, your stress level will decrease. It¹s been a long hard battle,

but victory is yours!

I¹m sorry it took so much, but relieved that it¹s over.

Now if the scar tissue problem was resolved and you could eat better, you¹d

be in great shape!

I recently got a champion juicer, and think of you when I make my

concoctions. It¹s a good way to get very nutritious food in you in larger

quantities. Most I make are very tasty, some just acceptable, but I know

how much nutrition is packed in a glass, so it makes it taste even better.

Hope you¹re having a pain free stress free day.

a, I juice too. I have an Omega juicer, and juice spinach, celery,

carrots, ginger and assorted other vegetables. I do feel better when I do

it on a daily basis.

Hi a,

Thanks so much I still can't believe it. This was a major loss for wc. Now

we have to see what they do next. I figure they will really follow me around

now. Tell me more about this juicer. Do you do veggies and fruit in it? Hope

you and are well.

Carol,

I feel better too. I make a point of having a quart of fresh veggie juice

every day for lunch.

It¹s surprising how filling it is. I¹ve only been doing it for a few weeks,

but I have to

Say I have improvement in my energy level.

I just read that adding a 1-2 inch cube of ginger increases the absorption

of the nutrients. I¹ll

Have to put this on my shopping list!
