Go figure, my sister has lost 6 lbs and truly the only thing different is drinking 3 or 4 glasses of raw milk a day. She figures she can write a book, " THe Raw Whole Milk Diet " go on Oprah then on a whirlwind book signing tour and make millions Anyway, I vaguely remember reading something about how most women don't get enough calcium when they are trying to lose weight so maybe that's all this is.. but hey, we are drinking fullfat milk and she is losing weight!!!
