UGGG HOW DO I STOP THE TALKING!!

I NEED HELP!If it isnt one thing its another sigh.. First I was

dealing with agression and verbal abuse from my ten year old

daughter, which is still continuing but not as severely as before.

Now its TALKING I MEAN NON STOP ALL DAY OBSESSIVE TALKING!! She is

making all of us miserable, its at school as well. I dont know what

to do I have tried giving her ultimatums to being quiet its nuts she

can only manage less than three minutes of silence. she is constantly

saying sorry or whoa then she starts telling me to shut up then its

just talking about anything her birthday halloween on and on and on.

I don't know what to do. I know that my youngest daughter and I are

stressed out right now from listening to her. IF any one has any

ideas on how to help her stop let me know. If anyone has gone through

this before let me know what it is ugh PLEASE HELP ME
