Guest guest
Mike I feel for you here big time. I went through the death of my mother, but, she was 88. 56 is a huge reason for this all to be pain, magnified to the max.!! Not fair at all!!! The only good news I can tell you, is that many times I flare from long term stressful events. But also, there were several times my body was rock solid. You may surprise yourself, and sail through it with little or no Stills, for it only to pop up sometime later. No guarantees. Grief can feel like the " sick " part of Stills. Brain fog, no energy. I hope your support is good. To start with you have all of us here..you should think of what did you do in the past to relieve stress. Good? go there...bad..stay away. Too simplistic sounding for such an awful tragic event. But day by day you will get through it. It is a process that is huge...I am deeply deeply sorry and sad to think of this for you and her, and all the rest of her family and friends. Not always true, cause I have heard of different stories here on the list. But, my first flare was by far the worst. The highest fever, longest duration etc...I wish you strength..
