What is Thrush? (in mouth)

I have been getting some real sore spots on my tongue for the last 3-4

months, but have ignored them as I really and truly am sick of all of the

" new " problems I seem to have each & every time I see any of my Dr's. I

never asked about them as I have had them before, and they always go away

after 5-7 days, even if they do return sporadically.

Is this what it is? I wanted to ask this as this has been a conversation

I've been watching for quite some time on the list for the last few weeks

and figure this is as good a source as any.
