The critical negelect of services due to an abuse/hardship Haseeb has

undergone out at the Denton State Institution is once again in crisis.

We cannot allow this to continue any further.

Remember this could happen to our individuals, let's make sure to

assist here, greatly appreciate it.

Each of you should know about Haseeb Chishty's ongoing horror

story at Denton State institution. If you have seen " Forgotten

I spoke with Ms. Chishty at length today. You probably know that

Haseeb is still at Denton State School awaiting his day of Freedom.

This has been going on for 6 years. Since January, when he was

originally suppose to get out, Haseeb has had 3 major infections

around his feeding tube which has caused hospitalization. Today,

after days of another infection getting worse, Haseeb is at the

emergency room again. Today, Ms. Chishty had to re-live begging DSS

staff to take him to the emergency room. For 3 hours she went from

staff member to staff member requesting transportation. She even went

to the Supt. As she threatened to call 911, the staff showed up and

transporting Haseeb to the ER. He is there with his family again. A

familiar place now.

His wound is covered in puss. Half of his abdomen area is as hard

as a rock. I am sickened and fed up!

Perhaps it is easy for us to turn our eyes and move on with our

lives. Haseeb's story and ongoing saga are so harsh and constant that

it is hard to believe. I am asking you to do two things right now:

1. Send an email to Ms. Chishty at haseebmom@... and let

her know you are thinking of her and Haseeb.

2. Send a message to Lt. Gov. Dewhurst demanding that Haseeb be

released immediately with the medical equipment and 2 full time staff

to take care of his needs. CC this message to Commissioner Horn.

Dewhurst email is david.dewhurst@.... Please look on

the DADS website for Horn's email address as I do not have it in front

of me. Haseeb's blood, pain and puss are on their hands.
